Everyone tells people who start out staying with their kids while they fall asleep that their kids will never learn to go to sleep on their own. I won’t pretend that it is easy. But to me, it seems like it would be easier to go from having a parent in the room to not having a parent in the room than it would to go from being confined to sleep to not being confined to sleep.
Educate me.
